CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BLISS BALLS

Makes: 22 (bite-sized)

INGREDIENTS:

· 1 cup Medjool dates

· 1/2 cup pecans

· 1/4 cup cacao powder

· 1 ½ tbsp Nuttabutta

· 1 tbsp maple syrup

· 1 tbsp cacao nibs

· 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

· pinch of salt

· optional: crushed peanuts

METHOD:

1. Start by blending the pecans in the food processor until it resembles a fine crumble.

2. Remove the pits from the dates, chop them up and add them to the food processor.

3. Add all remaining ingredients apart from the cacao nibs and crushed peanuts.

4. Roll into balls and coat with crushed peanuts. Refrigerate until firm.
