Peanut Butter Thick Shake
Serves: 1-2
INGREDIENTS:
· 2-3 frozen bananas
· 1/3 cup almond (or preferred milk)
· 1 tsp coconut sugar
· ½ tsp vanilla
· 2 tbsp Nuttabutta
· pinch of salt
(optional extras: 1 tbsp protein powder, cacao nibs or 1 tsp of raw cacao powder)
METHOD:
Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processer and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if required.
