CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ACAI BOWL

INGREDIENTS:

· 1 packet frozen Acai

· 1 frozen banana

· ¼ cup frozen blueberries

· 1 tbsp cacao powder

· 1 ½ tbsp Nuttabutta

· pinch of salt

· splash of coconut water

· optional toppings: NuttaButta, blueberries, Vegan Nuttabutta Cups, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, buckinis, goji berries

METHOD:

Place all ingredients, except the toppings, into a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until combined. The less liquid you use, the thicker the smoothie will be. However, you may need to add more coconut water to help it blend properly.

Pour into a bowl and top with all your favourite goodies! We have chosen to use more Nuttabutta (of course!), figs, strawberries, coconut, and some home-made crunchy granola.
